DUBAI: Taajeel Document Clearing opened its first Customer Happiness Centre in Dubai on Monday with the aim of becoming the first platform for making customers happy, in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The centre, located opposite Deira City Centre Metro Station, provides documentation services required for transactions with the Department of Economic Development, Dubai, (DED), Emirates Identity Authority (EIDA), General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), Dubai, Dubai Courts and Aafaq Islamic Finance, besides others. The centre is planning to add more departments soon. Speaking to The Gulf Today, Taajeel General Manager Najla Ibrahim Al Shamsi, said: “We are proud that our centre reflects the vision of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid and other leaders who wish to bring happiness to all UAE residents and visitors. “We are sparing no effort to provide excellent services at our centre as per our strategy and our ultimate goal is to make customers happy.” She pointed out that the centre was established to enable citizens to enter the labour market and invest in projects that serve the nation, nationals, residents and visitors as per a strategy based on our goal of making customers happy. “We at Taajeel depend on highly qualified and experienced staff for the provision of high-quality services beyond the expectations of customers and as per simplified mechanisms of work for making our customers happy,” she said. “Our service fees are same that are charged by other UAE service centres, but we also ensure to bring happiness to customers. “The centre was established to provide the best services to customers by simplifying transaction-completion procedures and keeping pace with the latest technological developments with the aim of increasing uptake due to the country’s economic growth,” she added. The centre also launched an App to help customers get rid of the traditional queuing system. Now, applicants can use their smart phones and join the queue before leaving their offices, which will save precious time as well. Al Shamsi called on the public to interact with the centre and share their ideas, suggestions and comments with the centre’s work team so that such ideas, suggestions and comments would be discussed and properly employed for developing the centre. Taajeel is planning to open seven centres across Dubai. Two centres, one each in Bur Dubai and the International City Dubai, will be opened by end of the current year. Year : 2016
